about me

Meet Hayley

Hi, I’m Hayley and like you, I have ADHD. I was diagnosed with Combined type ADHD and I also have Dyspraxia too. For years, I wondered ‘why am I different?’, ‘what is wrong with me?’ and ‘why can’t I be like everyone else?’. Once I gained the realisation of having ADHD and the clarity from diagnosis, I started to understand myself more. I began the journey of self-compassion and kindness, realising that having ADHD wasn’t the problem, the problem is that we live in a world and society that puts neurotypical expectations on us. As I began to work with my brain and not against it, life got a whole lot easier for me. I began to thrive and I now work with other people with ADHD (both diagnosed and self-diagnosed welcome) helping them to thrive too by supporting them in their business.

I’m just like you

Being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world can be extremely tough. You may feel like a square peg trying to fit into a round hole that just doesn’t feel like it’s made for you. This can cause all sorts of feelings of guilt, shame and unease. For years, I tried myself to fit into many round holes and the result was many tears, anger and frustration. This is common for many people with neurodivergent and often, we’ll see that we the problem rather than actually, it’s the world that we live in. Although going into business as someone with ADHD is a popular choice, it doesn’t means it’s easy! So I’m here to help you make sense of it all, support you in your business and be your biggest cheerleader.
